Meet Zoe
The call you missed
was probably the job.
Zoe is ZeroFi's AI voice agent. She answers your phone when you are under a sink or on a roof, works out what the caller needs, and books the ones worth your time. She calls your past customers for feedback, and reminds them before you turn up.
Already live on ZeroFi's own calls — this is the same agent, on your own number, pointed at your business.
Hear her
Twenty-eight seconds of a real call
Zoe ringing a contractor whose listing was unclaimed. Unscripted, unedited, and recorded on a normal mobile line — background noise and all.
What she says: “Hi, it’s Zoe — I’m the AI assistant at ZeroFi… we’re a site where homeowners search for local pros, and your business is listed with us, but nobody’s claimed the listing… want me to email you the link to claim it? Takes about a minute and it’s free.”
Clipped before the caller gave their email address. Shared with their permission.
Four jobs, one agent
Turn on the ones you want. Zoe uses your services, your hours and your prices — she never invents an answer she has not been given.
Answers the calls you cannot
Picks up on the second ring, every time. Finds out what the job is, where it is and how urgent, answers questions about what you do and what you charge, and puts a real callback in your diary. No caller hears a voicemail beep and dials the next number down the list.
Asks how the job went
A short call a few days after you finish. Zoe asks how it went, writes up what they said, and invites the happy ones to leave a review. You get the compliments in writing and hear about the problems before they turn into a one-star.
Confirms and reminds
Rings the day before to confirm you are still expected, and re-books on the call if they need to move. A no-show costs you a half day; a thirty-second call prevents most of them.
Works your own customer list
Bring the customers you already have. Zoe works from the jobs, quotes and invoices in your ZeroFi account, so every call is to someone you have genuinely worked for — a service reminder, a seasonal check, a quote that went quiet. She rings from your own number, so it comes up as you.
What she will not do
An AI on your phone line can do real damage if nobody drew the lines. Here they are.
She says she is an AI
Every call, plainly, whenever anyone asks. No pretending to be your receptionist.
She does not guess a price
She quotes what you told her and nothing else. Anything unusual becomes a callback for you.
She stops when told
"Take me off your list" ends it permanently, across every business on ZeroFi.
Outbound calls only go to people you have a real relationship with, and only inside business hours in their timezone — 9am to 6pm, never Sundays. We record consent against every number before it is ever dialled, because the rules on automated voice calls are strict and getting them wrong is expensive for both of us.
How it works
-
1
Tell Zoe about your business
Your trades, your areas, your hours, your prices. Ten minutes, once.
-
2
Your number, not ours
Bring your existing business line or let us set one up for you — either way the number is yours alone. Forward it when you are busy, after hours, or always. Every call Zoe makes goes out from that number, so your customers see the name they already know rather than a stranger.
-
3
Read what happened
Every call summarised, transcribed and recorded in your ZeroFi account, with the callbacks already booked.
Simple pricing, no packages
A number of your own, and the minutes you actually use. Nothing per lead, nothing per booking, and no cut of the work Zoe wins you.
Your dedicated business number
Yours alone, never shared. Bring the number you already advertise or let us set one up. Every call Zoe makes goes out from it, so your customers see the name they know.
Talk time, billed by the second
Only while Zoe is actually on a call. A ring-out costs nothing, and you are billed to the second rather than rounded up to the minute.
A normal month, priced out
Our own calls average 65 seconds. Say Zoe handles a hundred of them for you.
| Your number | $5.00 |
| 100 calls × 65 seconds = 108 minutes | $21.67 |
| Transcripts, summaries, call recordings | included |
| Follow-up scheduling and reminders | included |
| Your bill | $26.67 |
The same hundred calls elsewhere
| Answering service, $1.50–$3.00 a call | $150–$300 |
| Part-time receptionist | $1,800+ |
| Letting it ring out | free, until it is not |
| One missed call a day, at a $400 job | ~$100k a year |
That last line assumes you would have won one call in four. Halve it, halve it again, and it still buys a great many minutes.
Why it is this cheap: Zoe already runs at marketplace scale — 1.3 million listed businesses and 35,000 homeowner requests a quarter. You are sharing infrastructure that already exists rather than paying to have one built for you. The 68% and 65s above are measured from our own calls, not projections.
Get early access
We are opening Zoe to a small group of pros first, so we can sit with each one and get the set-up right. Tell us about your business and we will be in touch with pricing and a start date.
You are on the list.
We will email you with pricing and a start date. If you want to hear her first, the fastest way is to tell us a good time to call — Zoe will ring you herself.
