These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ZeroFi marketplace and software at zerofi.ai and app.zerofi.ai (the "Services"), operated by Nirvana Consulting Company ("ZeroFi", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. The Services
ZeroFi is a two-sided platform. For homeowners and property managers ("Customers"), it provides AI-assisted matching to local service professionals and general do-it-yourself guidance. For service businesses ("Professionals"), it provides business software (quoting, scheduling, invoicing, a customer portal, and related tools) and marketplace visibility. ZeroFi is not a party to any agreement or transaction between Customers and Professionals.
2. Eligibility & accounts
- You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. The Services are intended for use in the United States.
- You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. Keep your password secure and notify us of any unauthorized use.
- You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current. Claiming a business listing requires verification of ownership.
3. Marketplace terms
- ZeroFi does not employ, endorse, guarantee, or supervise any Professional, and does not perform the underlying work. Ratings and listing data may be sourced from public information.
- Customers are responsible for evaluating, selecting, contracting with, and paying Professionals directly. Verify licensing, insurance, and references before hiring.
- Professionals are solely responsible for the services they provide, their pricing, and their compliance with applicable laws, licensing, and permitting.
- Matching and getting connected is free for Customers.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to: misuse or disrupt the Services; scrape, harvest, or bulk-download data; submit false, misleading, or unlawful content; claim a business you do not own or represent; send spam or harassing messages; infringe others' rights; or attempt to bypass security or rate limits.
5. Fees, trials & payments
- Professional plans may include a free trial. Paid features and fees are described at checkout or on our pricing page.
- Payments are processed by third-party providers (e.g., Stripe). You authorize applicable charges and agree to their terms.
- Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable. You may cancel per the plan terms; cancellation stops future charges.
6. Advertising & sponsored placement
Some listings and products are sponsored. Sponsored content is labeled. Advertisers are responsible for the accuracy and legality of their ads and destinations. Billing for advertising is subject to separate advertiser terms.
7. AI, estimates & DIY guidance — no professional advice
Estimates, matches, and DIY instructions are generated by AI for general information only, may be inaccurate or incomplete, and are not professional, safety, legal, or code-compliance advice. Some work is hazardous or regulated. Always confirm with a qualified licensed professional and follow local codes. You assume all risk for actions you take based on this content.
8. Intellectual property
The Services, including software, text, and design, are owned by ZeroFi / Nirvana Consulting Company and protected by law. You retain rights to content you submit and grant us a license to host, display, and use it to operate and improve the Services.
9. Third-party links & services
The Services may link to third-party websites and tools we don't control. We're not responsible for their content, products, or practices.
10. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any match, estimate, or result will meet your needs.
11. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZEROFI AND NIRVANA CONSULTING COMPANY WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY DISPUTE, WORK, OR TRANSACTION BETWEEN CUSTOMERS AND PROFESSIONALS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR US $100.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ZeroFi and Nirvana Consulting Company from claims arising out of your use of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms or any law or third-party right.
13. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Provisions that by nature should survive will survive termination.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The exclusive venue for disputes is the state or federal courts located in Illinois.
15. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new date; continued use means acceptance.
